B.A.F.F.L.E.D. Remembers

A Royal Lost to the Fashion Industry

The start to Fashion Week 2010 will be bittersweet this year. Late this week, we lost amazing designer Alexander McQueen. McQueen was set to debut a new line in NY, but didn't get the chance to share the latest creations.

Unfortunately it has been reported his death was the result of suicide, after having trouble coping with the passing of his mother, earlier this month. McQueen was a great addition to the fashion industry and had dressed the likes of Lady Gaga, Naomi Campbell and Madonna. Many are even wearing his best-selling skull scarves to show support.

B.A.F.F.L.E.D. has his family in our prayers and wish the Alexander McQueen brand the best.

  1. McQueen's death is tragic and heartbreaking. He had such a promising career. The First Lady, Mrs. Michelle Obama, also wore several of his creations. Grief can completely envelop you, I'm sure that is not what his mother would have wanted for him.
