B.A.F.F.L.E.D. For Ladies

Hey Wonder Woman!

March is National Women's History Month, and Women's Appreciation Month here at B.A.F.F.L.E.D.  We are all about girl power --no offense, guys-- and always about encouraging each other.  Today we want to share some beneficial resources for us ladies, and we hope you'll share some of yours with us as well.

Let's keep sharing and pushing each other to the top!

Bottomless Closet -  This organization has a reputation of care and attention to women who strive to achieve economic independence. From the monthly sales of professional clothing to personal consultations, this organization is all about uplifting your fellow women. 

Love Your Body/NOW - The National Organization for Women Foundation ("NOW Foundation") is a 501(c)(3) organization devoted to furthering women's rights through education and litigation.  This organization is truly about promoting self-love!

National Women's History Project -  Every March, the NWHP coordinates observances of National Women’s History Month throughout the country.  NWHP, along with academic institutions, holds workshops and conferences highlighting the role of women in particular areas. These collaborative symposiums provide important opportunities for sharing research and stories about women’s roles, struggles, and successes today and throughout history.  Check one out in your area today!

TEDWomen - TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) is a nonprofit offering conferences centered around "Ideas Worth Spreading".  Now, they're launching a series especially for women!  The first-ever TEDWomen will invite both women and men to explore in depth: Who are the women leading change? What ideas are they championing? How are women reshaping the future?  Sign up today!

Chicago Fashion Foundation - A non-profit organization providing academic scholarships to Chicago-area fashion students, coordinating educational programs, and hosting social functions for the Chicago Fashionista.  This group is a major fixture in the Windy City's fashion industry!

Be Bright Pink - This national non-profit organization  educates young women at high risk for breast and ovarian cancer. It offers support and knowledge, positivity, and companionship throughout their journey. With regular events and great tweets, this organization is one to keep on your radar!

Ms. J.D. - This organization works to support and improve the experiences of women law students and lawyers.  Ms. JD is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the success of women in law.  This one was an obvious addition to our list!

FabFitFun -  Want to stay healthy, but not be bored with the particulars?!  This initiative pushed by E!'s Giuliana Rancic is helping us not only be physically fit, but emotionally and spiritually healthy, too!  

The BOSS Network -  A networking organization for women, dedicated to highlighting, connecting, and empowering professional women and entrepreneurs.  It creates opportunities for growth through networking of events and beyond.

Susan G. Komen for the Cure - The world’s largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists, working together to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all, and energize science to find the cures.
