Glad, the kitchen product maker is the proud sponsor of Cookies for Kids' Cancer. This is a non-profit organization, dedicated to raising money in support of pediatric cancer research. So not only can we enjoy yummy cookies, but we can support a wonderful cause. Celebrities are even getting involved, and hosting bake sales in Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles. According to Glad, pediatric cancer is the main cause of death by disease of children in the U.S. This is largely due to the need for more research.
