If you were not aware, the City of Chicago offers workshops every Wednesday and Friday at the Department of Business Affairs & Consumer Protection’s (BACP) offices, located at 121 N. LaSalle St., City Hall Room 805. BACP offers workshops on a number of subjects, including: Real Estate Transactions, a series in which current and prospective business owners can have a Q&A with City Inspectors and financing among other things.
