B.A.F.F.L.E.D. Entertainment

In keeping with Women's history month, I would like to highlight a short, sweet, yet thought provoking blog post by one of my favorite bloggers, Dallas Penn (FYI, not a woman). No matter what you may feel about her, Beyonce is definitely an icon (see, I didn't even have to use her last name). She has made her mark internationally at many levels, starting with music and extending out into various other arenas.

Recently, Mrs. Carter (if you didn't know, she is hitched to Jay-Z) participated in a photo shoot in which she basically wore blackface.  I won't get into it, since Mr. Penn did a much better job, but this is kind of an interesting move for her, as most media depictions of her seem to highlight her "fairer" features.
