Top 6 Exercises Crazes!
We are all about fitness, nutrition, and optimal health here at B.A.F.F.L.E.D., so we have to share some of the great options out there for staying fit. Of course eating right is important, but physical activity is just as critical. It's good for your heart and lungs, and cardio keeps those unwanted calories at bay.

1. Spin Classes
This vigorous workout is a great way to burn calories and keep muscles toned. Done on exercise bikes in a fitness studio, the heated temps and high speed are perfect for knocking off the calories you need, quickly--be ready.
2. Zumba
Fun, fun, fun! This option lets you dance to some of your favorites with friends and workout class members. Your instructor provides a routine to popular dance song, and you do the rest.
*Warning: You may break into your routine randomly when hearing your Zumba song.
3. Pilates
If you love core workouts and keeping your abs strong, this is a great option for you. You can do these exercises in the gym with others, or in the comfort of your own home. This is a great option for someone who travels!
4. Crossfit
Crossfit also works the core muscles through strength-building exercises. This workout is common in police and firefighter training academies, but is great for anyone looking to challenge their body and endurance. It is a wonderful choice for upper body building. Classes are available across the country, and we definitely recommend taking this one with an experienced trainer.
5. P90X
This is one of the older options on the list, but no less valuable. As a matter of fact, P90X is no joke! If you are looking to build muscle and toning, consider P90X. The 90-day program provides creative workouts, and promising results. It's definitely a challenge, but worth it!
6. Pole Dancing
Yes, pole dancing. It may be more lady-friendly, but this fun choice is a great workout! At first thought, it may seem risque, but the exercise, strengthening the arms and abs, is the result of fun times in the gym with girlfriends. Flirty Girl is a national gym hosting pole dancing classes, but many local gyms offer the course as well.
