The Colorado Theater Shooting--
It is with great sadness we acknowledge the shootings in a suburban Denver theater last night. Like in many instances, people just wanted to enjoy family, friends, and have fun. This was taken away from them in more ways than one.
Of course gun violence is something we hear about everyday in the media, and it gets nothing but tougher each time. Let's all reflect on this encounter and consider what we can do to make it better. Check on people who might need you, volunteer to help social programs spread their message, and consider the plight an increase in guns has brought to our society. Let's make mental health and personal well-being priorities for ourselves and one another.
